What a seating plan can tell you

Only attending guests occupy seats. Matching household names keep groups together; individual together/apart rules add constraints. Auto-arrange uses a best-effort greedy method. Review conflicts and every table before printing; it does not guarantee an optimal arrangement.

Bring names. Leave with a useful list.

CSV import accepts name, household, RSVP and notes columns; name is required. Print table lists, guest lists and flat place cards. Use JSON backup for a full-fidelity restore; exported CSV is for spreadsheets.

Guest privacy comes first

Saving on this device is off by default. Local storage and exported files are unencrypted. Notes are excluded from printouts but included in CSV and JSON. Avoid sensitive guest information. The host still receives ordinary page requests.

Supported size: 500 guests, 80 tables, up to 100 seats per table and 1,000 rules. CSV imports: 1 MB; JSON backups: 2 MB.
Scope and price: Free, with optional donations. Table assignments only: no precise chair positions, room-scale floor plan, invitations, online RSVPs or cross-device sync.
